OUR ORCHARD GARDEN
We have our own organic vegetable garden, with which we enjoy a small proportion of seasonal produce.
This winter we have had Jerusalem artichocke and calçots, which we have been able to enjoy both in delicious dishes in the Restaurant del Llac and in our traditional self-service.
And for the summer season, we are expecting many new products from the land, such as aubergines, tomatoes, peppers, courgettes,...
