With the arrival of autumn is the start of one of the most impressive shows offered by wildlife in the Pallars Jussà: The Dear Roar!

In our region we can find different spaces from where we can enjoy this unique experience, and we can do it on our own or with any of the multiple authorized companies that offer us a guided through these natural sites, of which all the necessary information can be found at the following link:

Normally the beginning of the Dear Roar takes place in mid-September and lasts until mid-October. The spaces where you can enjoy this show in the region are:

- National Hounting Reserve of Boumort

- High Pyrenees National Park

- National Hounting Reserve of High Pyrenees

For those of you who may be unaware of this natural phenomenon, we want to help you discover it. The Brama takes place at the time of mating of the Deer (Cervidae), and it is in this space of time when the males initiate a dispute, or we could even call it a competition, with the other males in order to conquer the females. This fight is that the males after showing their bellow, and that the dominant males have got their herd of females, must continue to defend it from the rest of competing males.
