Proposals or ideas for a Gourmet Break at Hotel Terradets

Day 1

19:00
We arrive at the hotel and visit the facilities.

21:00
At the restaurant we will have tomato and mozzarella carpaccio, cod gratinated with garlic, pear oil and Montsec honey and for dessert we will have home made cake.

Day 2

9:00
We go for breakfast and find a large variety of tropical juices and a table with cold cuts of the area.

10:00
We go to the most visited villages of the area, such as Llimiana, Sant Cristofol de la Vall, Sant Martí de Barcedana, Sant Miquel de la Vall. Afterwards we will go to visit the village of Guardia de Tremp where we can visit the old oil mill and taste local produce (in season).

14:30
We return to the hotel and eat typical dishes of the area, such as: Escudella Pallaresa (stew), lamb shoulder prepared in wood oven, sirloin of veal with foie, variety of nuts and raisins with Muscatel wine...

16:30
We go towards Sort to visit Tros de Sort where we get a guided tour and explanation of the elaboration of cheese in all its varieties.

19:00
Afterwards we will visit the village and buy a lottery ticket at la Bruixa d’Or. We return to the hotel.

21:30
We will have a tasting menu at the restaurant with good local wine.

Day 3

10:00
At breakfast we have a table of cold cuts and cheeses.

11:30
We relax with massages with very therapeutic oils from Montsec.

14:00
We eat typical dishes at the restaurant.

We will have to come back to this place as we still have to visit: the Montsec Astronomic Park, the Tremp Science Museum, Mur castle and the collegiate church …
